PCC constructed the site lighting and main power distribution duct bank for the Pittsburgh Mills Mall which encompasses the property.

PCC was instrumental in several of the phases of the recent Route 28 upgrade. PCC was the general contractor on the first phase of the project when a temporary ITS system was installed for the camera system that runs through the southern corridor of Route 28 near Pittsburgh.

PCC installed the site lighting throughout the park as well as the fountain lighting in use today. A new switchgear was also installed for the fountain.
