Route 28

PCC was instrumental in several of the phases of the recent Route 28 upgrade. PCC was the general contractor on the first phase of the project when a temporary ITS system was installed for the camera system that runs through the southern corridor of Route 28 near Pittsburgh. PCC installed the majority of the signs and sign structures in this new section as well as the traffic signals, highway lighting, sign lighting and permanent ITS system.
